At ThemeWars, we deal only in digital products such as website themes and templates. As such, there is no physical shipping of items.

Delivery of Products

• All products are delivered digitally via email and customer dashboard immediately after a successful payment.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email with download instructions once the payment is completed.
• No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery Timeline

• Digital products are available for instant download after payment confirmation.
• In rare cases of technical issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Customers will be notified via email in such cases.

Non-Delivery

• If you do not receive your purchased product within 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@themewars.com with your payment details.
• We will ensure that the digital product is re-delivered at the earliest.
